Ayesha Salma leads Ipas’s work in Pakistan. She has nearly two decades of experience in international development and humanitarian programming in Asia, the Middle East, North Africa and the UK. Before joining Ipas, she held a senior management role at Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) and also served as a Country Director for CARE International in Pakistan. Ms. Salma has worked in regional management positions in CARE’s Middle East & North Africa and Asia Regional Management Units. Prior to that, she worked at CARE International in UK. She is also a published author in women’s rights issues. She is passionate about gender and reproductive health justice.

Amna Arshad
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor
Joining date: 17th Sep 2018 Amna leads the Research Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at Ipas Pakistan since 2018. She has a master’s degree in Public Health from the Health Services Academy Islamabad. She has more than 6 years of experience as a public health specialist. As a researcher, she has completed several research studies and has a few international publications. Data analysis and report writing are her key expertise. She is looking forward to exploring more through research studies specifically on climate change and reproductive health justice.
Mahnoor Babar
Project Advisor- KP
Mahnoor joined Ipas in Dec 2019 as Divisional Project Officer-KP. Currently, she is leading the KP division as Project Advisor.
She along with the team is working hard to save SRHR of women and to have an unsafe abortion free country.
Abdur Rauf Khan
Community Engagement Advisor
Abdur Rauf Khan has more than 10 years of experience in reproductive health research, monitoring and evaluation and project implementation. Abdur Rauf Khan is associated with Ipas since July 2018 and currently leading the community Engagement department for increasing awareness and correct information in the communities to reduce stigma around Postabortion Care.
