Muhammad Tahir Qazi is working with Ipas Pakistan as Senior Program Advisor since July 2018, he is also holding charge of National Program Manager. Tahir is an MBA Graduate and fellow of the MSPH program offered by Health Services Academy has over 15 years of practical experience in the public sector mainly serving in the health department against the different capacities of BPS 17 and above.
Ipas is an international nongovernmental organization working closely with Government and other key stakeholders to improve women’s health by increasing their access to safe abortion and contraceptive care and protecting their rights to make their own reproductive health decisions.
