A blog showcasing the need for sexual and reproductive health and rights services as part of universal health coverage under which abortion is one of the most important and time-sensitive services needed by women and girls.

A research article on “COVID -19 outbreak; Current Scenario and Implications on Sexual and Reproductive health services in Pakistan” was submitted to the Youth Coalition’s call for submissions in “ The safe Abortion Watchdog 2020”. The article got accepted and featured in the safe Abortion Watchdog on September 28th, 2020.

Ipas Pakistan, in collaboration with the PAPAC members, has developed and endorsed the statement on CoronaVirus (COVID-19) infection & SRH, and Postabortion Care.

A positive statement regarding “Healthcare providers are unaware that abortions in Pakistan are not illegal and are instead restricted, owing to flexibility in the law, a health expert revealed on Wednesday.”
